Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order. Cards & Design .reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and the amendments will take affect immediately after updating them on the website. Therefore, you should read the terms and conditions each time prior to placing your order.
By submitting your order or clicking on the 'checkout’ button on the order form, you agree to abide by the Cards & Design terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you do not agree with the full terms and conditions then you are unauthorised to use this website or any aspect of it. Orders will only be accepted from customers aged 18 years or older.
Website orders will be actioned upon receipt of payment. Confirmation will be sent to you by email complete with transaction details and order reference numbers. We may also contact you by telephone for security purposes.
General
- If we are unable to obtain the item or component parts of an item you have ordered, we will suggest alternative solutions, including the option of a full refund.
- We reserve the right to add, amend or delete products on this site without prior notice
- We reserve the right to amend prices on the site without prior notice. This does not affect orders paid for prior to the price change taking place.
- For international orders any applicable customs, duties and taxes which may be levied are the responsibility of the customer
Returns policy
- For items which are held in stock, goods may be returned for a full refund less postage and packing charges.
- You must advise us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return the item(s) and return them within 21 days
- Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with postage paid by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
- If you return an item which is non-refundable, or outside of the dead-lines outlined above, you will be liable for additional postage charges for the item(s) to be returned to you.
Payment
Most major credit cards are accepted via the simple shopping cart. You must provide your full billing address as registered with your credit/debit card. Payment will be required before any goods are dispatched.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail.
Standard delivery to the UK is free.
Standard delivery to Europe is charged at £7.
Delivery outside the UK and Europe is charged at £8.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment clearance wherever possible and if not stated otherwise. Whilst every effort will be made to meet delivery arrangements, we do not accept any liability for the consequences of any delays outside of our control.
All goods remain the property of Cards & Design until full payment has been received. We try to ensure that all items displayed are readily available, although Cards & Design cannot guarantee online availability.
We reserve the right to refuse an order should we be unable to agree arrangements, price, delivery schedule and conditions.
Privacy and security statments
Security is of the utmost importance to us and the processing of orders is carried out by secure transaction methods. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Your credit card details are not seen by us and we do not store your details. We only collect your name and address to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
- We will only ever use your contact details for the purpose for which you have contacted us.
- We never pass on your details to any third party.
